Updated 06 October 2026.
This guide brings together regional, chamber of commerce and local grants for business digitalisation, with particular attention to measures that may cover software, cloud services, business management systems, artificial intelligence and process automation.
Business digitalisation continues to be at the heart of numerous regional and chamber of commerce incentives. In 2026, many measures fund investments in software, SaaS, cloud computing, business management systems, ERP and CRM, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, document automation, consultancy and training.
For a construction company, this may mean being able to include digital tools such as Edil-Up within a broader business and construction-site transformation project.
However, this does not mean that every software subscription is automatically eligible for funding. Each grant has its own rules concerning location, company size, spending date, type of technology, supplier requirements, minimum investment and reporting procedures.
That is why we have organised this guide region by region, outlining the main information for each measure and providing a cautious assessment of Edil-Up’s possible eligibility.
Before incurring any expense: always check the official wording of the grant notice. Available funding, FAQs, deadlines and conditions may change even while applications are open.

Which grants could Edil-Up qualify for?
Edil-Up is a SaaS and cloud software platform dedicated to the digitalisation of construction companies. The platform enables companies to centralise construction sites, collaborators, documents, activities, operational information and communications.
It may therefore be consistent with several categories that recur in digital transformation grants:
- software and licences;
- Software as a Service – SaaS;
- cloud computing;
- integrated business management systems;
- ERP and CRM, where provided for by the measure;
- business process management and automation;
- digitalisation and document automation;
- artificial intelligence;
- data analysis;
- tools for the digital coordination of the business.
This does not mean that Edil-Up is automatically eligible under every grant. Technological compatibility is only one of the elements that must be checked.
Each incentive may impose different conditions concerning subscription duration, supplier characteristics, the date on which expenses begin, minimum investment, ATECO code, company location, quotations, documentation and payment methods.
In some cases, Edil-Up may constitute a standalone project item. In others, it may be included within a broader investment alongside other software, hardware, professional services, consultancy or training.
↑ Back to the regional selectorBefore applying: 10 checks to make
Before purchasing software in reliance on an incentive, check at least the following:
- Location: required registered office or local unit.
- Size: eligible micro, small or medium-sized enterprise.
- ATECO: eligible or excluded sectors.
- Compliance: DURC and other requirements, where requested.
- Spending date: when the investment becomes eligible.
- Amounts: minimum investment and maximum grant.
- Technology: software and services actually eligible for funding.
- Supplier: any specific requirements.
- Payment and reporting: permitted methods.
- Availability: first-come, first-served procedure, ranking or waiting list.
For first-come, first-served grants, chronological order may become decisive. Preparing quotations, signatures, self-declarations and documentation before opening can therefore make a real difference.
↑ Back to the regional selectorDigitalising a construction company means connecting the business and the construction site
An incentive can reduce the initial cost of a digital transformation, but its real value does not simply depend on buying new software.
For a construction company, digitalisation means reducing scattered information, manual steps, duplicate documents and tools that do not communicate with one another.
It means connecting people, construction sites, documents and processes within an operational environment that can be used both by the office and by those working in the field.
This need is what gave rise to Edil-Up.
