What is Edil-Up and who is it for?
Edil-Up is for adult construction businesses and professionals, not private consumers.
How do I register?
Enter your business details and complete your profile. Collaborators register after a worksite invitation. The Terms and Conditions apply.
How much does Edil-Up cost?
Base includes networking and listings. Plus unlocks advanced worksite management at €1 per day plus VAT, billed annually.
Can I use several devices?
Yes. The same account works on smartphones, tablets and computers, with synchronised information.
Does it support companies with many worksites?
Create and organise your worksites, including phases and progress. Invite collaborators and assign worksite roles and permissions.
How do I create a worksite?
Open Worksites and choose Create new worksite. Add details, phases, documents and roles. Worksite management requires Plus.
Can I invite collaborators?
Yes. Invite collaborators, assign roles and decide which sections they can access.
Can I track progress?
Create and organise your worksites, including phases and progress. Store documents in folders and view deadlines.
Can I store documents?
Yes. Each worksite has its own archive for documents, photos, certificates and technical files.
How does networking work?
Find companies, technicians, suppliers and tradespeople through filters, profiles and direct chat. Networking is included in Base.
How do I publish a listing?
Under Listings or My listings, choose Create listing and add the title, description, location, requirements, timing, categories and photos. Included in Base.
How does environmental impact work?
Base estimates the impact of first contact between two companies. Plus also includes 10 planted trees and the impact of digitising documents.
How does messaging work?
Chat with companies through listings and coordinate your team in worksite chats.
How do reviews work?
Companies can rate each other from 1 to 5 after both confirm a negotiation. Edil-Up does not participate in its financial or contractual terms.
Can I edit or delete a worksite?
Yes. Update or delete it from the dashboard.
Can I edit a listing?
Yes. Edit or delete its content in My listings.
Can I delete my profile?
Yes. Use Settings → Delete profile to remove your account and associated data.
Are my documents and data protected?

How does employee attendance work?
Plus includes worksite clock-in and digital attendance badges. Collaborators receive an invitation, create their profile and accept it. Access depends on assigned permissions.
What can I do with ARIA AI?
Included in Plus, ARIA AI helps you consult worksite progress, attendance, budgets, documents and deadlines. Available functions depend on your account data and permissions.
Are my worksites public?
No. Worksites are private. Only you and the people you invite can access them, according to their assigned permissions.
Is Edil-Up tax deductible?
Tax treatment depends on your country, tax regime and business use. Ask your accountant about deducting the service cost and any recoverable VAT.
