Imagine a construction company managing several sites at the same time.
An urgent supply of windows and doors is needed. The person responsible phones the supplier and later sends some specifications by email.
The delivery arrives at the warehouse, but the project reference is not sufficiently clear. Some of the material is mistakenly allocated to another site.
The problem does not stem from the quality of the windows and doors.
It stems from the loss of context.
